The Spies Road 123 Tract is located in northwestern Moore County and is the perfect tract for a timberland investor, recreationist or a potential homestead. This tracts boasts approximately 65 acres of mature loblolly pine sawtimber that has been maintained by thinning and prescribed burning. Another ±30 acres of younger loblolly, which has been pre-commercially thinned, is nearing the time for a first thinning. There is also a small stand of mature natural hardwood located on the property.
