WATER: There is a shared water well agreement in place. The shared well lies south of the property and supplies water to several water troughs. Cuchara Creek traverses the property and provides good drainages, heavy cover and potential tank sites. There are two tanks on the property, one which is filled by runoff from Cuchara Creek.
