This 124 +/- acres is located at the east edge of Homestead, OK; from Okeene, 4 miles west on S.H. 51, then 2 miles north on the Homestead blacktop and about 1/8 mile east. According to the Blaine County F.S.A., there are 109.29 acres of cropland with a 105.3 acre wheat base and a 32 bushel per acre yield. Principal soil type of the cropland is Kirkland silt loam Class II with some Tabler silty clay loam and Norge Pawhuska complex both Class II, and a small amount of Norge loam Class I. The balance of the land is in native grass pasture. Legal Description: The east 60 acres of the SW/4, and the west 100 acres of the SW/4, less and except all that part lying west of the east boundary line of Van Buren and extended to the north boundary of the SW/4 of the Town of Homestead, and less and except a 1.79 acre tract beginning 600 ft. north and 560 ft. east of the SW/corner of the SW/4, thence north 330 ft., east 236 ft., south 330 ft., and west 236 ft. to the point of beginning, all in Section 4, Township 19N, R11 W.I.M., Blaine County, Oklahoma.
