The tract is located approximately one mile east of the Cale community in Nevada County and contains 57 acres of 1985 pine plantation, 12 acres of 1991 pine plantation, and 55 acres of hardwoods. The terrain is generally rolling. Soils are fine sandy loams and silt loams with high site index for loblolly pine and oak.
