The MMM Ranch has been reduced. It is a high fence ranch located on Hwy 1835 just 6 miles north of Old Glory, TX. The ranch has approx. 2 miles of the Brazos River that runs along the west boundary of property. The ranch is very rolling and offers the outdoorsman many scenic views from the variety of elevation changes. Several surface ponds, the abundance of river, the excellent cover of cedar, mesquite, and hardwoods make this ranch a hunters paradise.

Many improvements have been made in addition to the high fence. First there is the custom secruity gate. At the headquarters there is a 75 x 33 manufactured home completely furnished including game mounts with a 10x 33 back patio overlooking the ranch . An insulated 40 x 60 shop complete with automatic garage doors, 2 walk-in freezers and a mudroom. All homes and shop come with a rural water supplied by the City of Aspermont. A water well is located near the pens and horse stalls. Due West of the headquarters there are 13 deer breeding pens complete with protein feeders and self-watering troughs. Also, with the sell the buyer will receive 7 custom made portable deer blinds valued at $3, 700.00 a piece, not to mention several protein feeders, at least one at each stand, as well as all furnishings in the home(s) and barn.

The MMM Ranch offers many options for water. There is of course the 2 miles of river frontage. There are several surface ponds, a rural water line and a water well.
