MBC Ranch (Middle Bennett Creek Ranch) This 130 acre ranch has a lot of variety in a small package. Hwy 84 provided paved access to the front gate and CR 220 borders the property along the west end. Upon entering the ranch you immediately notice the massive Live Oak trees scattered over the native grass pastureland. There is a fenced gathering pasture near the entrance. Within it is a strong water well and metal livestock shed. Electric service is also located in that area.

As you drive to the east there is a large stock pond with some more massive Live Oaks surrounding it. A flat hilltop lies to the south of the pond and is just waiting for a new home to be built on it to observe the beautiful view across Middle Bennett Creek and on to the pastoral field and grass pasture that covers the eastern half of the ranch. There is an interior division fence along the west side of the creek. Middle Bennett Creek is a seasonal creek and generally holds water in pools throughout the year. More bold Live Oak trees, Spanish Oak trees and Pecan trees are scattered over this area. The rolling hills offer several scenic building sites are all over this ranch. The hunting is very good with a nice population of Whitetail Deer and Dove.

The ranch currently has sheep grazing it and the fields are planted in wheat to provide winter grazing for the livestock and wildlife. The fences are all in very good condition.
