Located between Gatesville and Crawford, Texas, this is a real Cow Place. Grass, grass, & more grass. The ranch has been in operation since 1976, and the feed business operated at the ranch remains a big part of the ranch’s income.

There are 90 Pens ranging in size from the largest at 500 acres, all the way down to a complete conditioning yard. All pens have water, shade, feed troughs and good fencing. Substantial alleyways for easy access between pens.

In-ground irrigation system w/pump for approximately 200± acres, 2 deep water wells with large holding tanks, 2 Large metal Barns are used for the Feed business.

An additional building houses the office, vet/med room, apartment, and a lounge area for ranch gatherings (kitchen, table, chairs). There is also a Shop building. In the conditioning yard is another large building for storage, separating, weighing, and loading of cattle.

There is a 70’ drive-on scale, and lots of equipment needed to run the ranch and the feed mixing operation.
