Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of 132 acres, more or less, of timberland in Clark County, Arkansas.

Location: The Hollywood 132 tract is located three (3) miles west of Hollywood and is further described as Part of E of SE, Part of W of SE, Section 25, Township 7 South, Range 22 West; Part of SW of SW, west of Terre Noire Creek, Section 30, Township 7 South, Range 21 West; containing a total of 132 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas. Tract Description: The Hollywood 132 tract can be accessed from Highway 26 via cabled gravel woods road. Cable will be temporarily open for buyers to inspect property. Timber consists of 68 acres of native pine and hardwood and about 64 acres of 2008 pine plantation. Pine site index averages 80 feet (base age 50) on fine sandy loams. Over one-quarter-mile frontage on Terre Noir Creek. The property offers excellent deer & turkey hunting opportunities. Terrain is gently rolling and may offer logging opportunities during most months.

Merchantable Timber: Kingwood Forestry conducted a 1/10th acre plot / 10 BAF prism point inventory of merchantable timber (one plot / point per acre) on 68 acres of merchantable timber in January, 2016. Based on Kingwood's inventory, estimated tree counts and timber volumes on 68 acres are as follows:

Pine Sawtimber: 1,806 Trees; 178,334 BF; 1,512 Tons

Pine CNS: 894 Trees; 37,886 BF; 416 Tons

Red Oak Sawtimber: 70 Trees; 13,157 BF; 94 Tons

White Oak Sawtimber: 105 Trees; 13,248 BF; 111 Tons

Gum & Misc. Sawtimber: 70 Trees; 6,238 BF; 55 Tons

Pine Pulpwood: 614 Trees; 191 Tons

Hardwood Pulpwood: 2,792 Trees; 749 Tons

Method of Sale: The tract will be sold on the basis of lump sum sealed bids. Mailed offers should be addressed to Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc., P.O. Bids will be opened at the Kingwood Forestry office at #4 Executive Circle, Arkadelphia, Arkansas at 3:00 P.M, Friday, March 4, 2016.
