The Langham Farm Road is a two house Breeder Hen Farm that construction was started on in 2017 but not completed. The houses are 42500 bird area with connected egg gathering areas and a central egg room. The farm has plastic slats, ChoreTime Nests, Curtains, cabling and drops for feeders and drinkers, wiring for lights, and the construction is complete. We are awaiting updated quotes for the items needed to complete the farm. This farm was constructed for Koch Foods in Montgomery, AL.

The farm has a Cedar sided two story house that is a four bedroom home. Around the home is cross fenced pasture, a shop, and a lake that needs a little repair work.

There is room for expansion for the poultry farm and more pasture.
