3200 Head Nursery

Farm built in spring of 1997. First pigs in July 1997. Farm sets on approximately 26 acres of ground plus house site. Home is 28x56 Horton double wide. Home was new in 1999.

Nursery is 2 47x112 barns consisting of 4 rooms total. Pump house with bathroom and shower. Small work/storage room built in between barns off walkway. 10 years ago farm was remodeled. Bottom 4' of all side walls inside barns was replaced with white poly board. All flooring was removed and support frame work was replaced. Floor is IKADAN plastic. All computers were replaced with the latest ROTOM computers. Front gable ends of barn metal was replaced. Front curtains on both barns rebuilt. New insulation in bottom 4' of exterior walls at time of remodel. DO NOT guarantee a contract for pigs.

25KW PTO generator and all miscellaneous parts go with farm. Tractor DOES NOT go with farm. 6' bush hog stays with farm. Water is supplied with two 4" wells. County water is available at road. Farm does not own driveway but has easement. Spray field is 12 acres of Bermuda hay with 7.5 wetted acres. Irrigation system is solid set with 50 risers. 10HP electric motor with direct drive pump.
