This tract consists of approximately 129 acres and does include a pie shape tract located on the west side of the railroad tracts. This property has good highway 81 access and county road access on the north and west. According to the county Farm Service Agency there is 142.01 crop acres with a 140. wheat base and a 40 yield. This farm did produce 69.9 bushel wheat in the 2021 wheat harvest. This is a very good producing farm, but also adds lot of potential for commercial or residential opportunities.

Tract 2
