Location: Located in western Wilbarger County near Lockett, Texas on paved FM 1207 and approximately 12 miles southwest of Vernon, Texas.

Terrain: This is an excellent farm that lies mostly flat with no washes and offers 97% of the property in productive acres. The soil is primarily sandy loam with a little heavier profile on the northwest side and is sandier on the west and south edges of the farm.
