Sometimes you know when you are on a special tract of land, when I photographed this property I saw a double rainbow from the view of my drone and I do think this place is a treasure. It sets along Highway 35, giving you great access to Cedar Bluff AL, Fort Payne AL and Rome GA. There are approximately 40 +/- AC of fenced pasture and the remaining ridge is covered in a mature mixed forest of predominantly hardwood timber. Premium homesites are all along the ridge that would overlook your whole farm. Only a short drive to Weiss Lake could be your getaway for relaxation, recreation and a place to call home.
