Tract 1 The Dyer Farm

This 73 acres m/l contains FSA tillable ground of 56 acres. Currently 20 acres is in outstanding

Alfalfa, 5 acres in Orchard Grass and 28 acres are in row crops. The balance will be approximately

10 acres of good hunting ground for both deer and turkeys, and 7 acres in waterways and 2 ponds.
