This good grass land is located 13 miles west of Enid on US 412 to Meno, OK, then 8 miles south on the blacktop, & 2 miles east Or from the Corner Store in Ames, 2 miles north & 2 1/2 miles east. This land just came out of CRP in October of 2009 and has an abundance of love grass and good native grass pasture. According to the Major County F.S.A. there are approx. 106.8 crop acres (currently in grass ) with a full wheat base and a 24 bushel per acre yield. Water appears to be pleniful with a good irrigated quarter across the road west and several others in the immediate area. Principle soil types of the land are Meno loamy fine sand and Nobscot fine sand, both Class III. Be sure to take a look!
