SKYLINE – River's Edge Tract

The River's Edge Tract is the largest tract in the Skyline offering. It's 1,511 acres of diverse forest types with some harvestable timber and excellent hunting.

This tract is part of the Skyline package, 8,343 Acres of prime timber and recreation land located in Michigan’s Eastern Upper Peninsula.

The properties are diverse with red maple, sugar maple, yellow birch and a variety of softwoods. Some blocks have water features. All properties are accessible by a developed interior road system.
