The Powder River Keating Ranch consists of 1,536.93 +/- deeded acres and is located in the Lower Powder Valley of Baker County, Oregon. The contiguous tract has been owned, developed and operated by the same family for over the last 40 years. The diversified property includes irrigated acres; a feedlot, rangeland and a BLM permit to run approximately 300-350 cow/calf pairs annually. Impressive water rights allow for water to be pumped directly from the North Powder River and distributed throughout the irrigated acres to grow a variety of forage crops from year to year.
