This irrigated farm (156 acres more or less) is located on the west side of US Hwy 385 between Springlake and Sunnyside, Texas. County Road 44 runs along the south side of the property. This tract has a 1990s, mile, Valley Sprinkler nozzled at 225 GPM, has standard size tires and 80 spacings. There are four wells on the property (one of the wells drilled new last year), all equipped with submersible electric motors, pumps and control panels. The sprinkler is consistently powered by three of the four wells.
