This 157 +/- acres is located 4 miles south of intersection US 81/US 64 (4 Corners) west of Pond Creek, then 2 miles west; OR 1 mile north of the Grant County Line on US 81, & 2 miles west. According to the Grant County FSA there are approx. 108.6 acres of cropland with a full wheat base & a 37 bushel per acre yield. Principle soil types of the cultivated land are Kirkland silt loam, Kirkland-Pawhuska complex, Grainola silty clay loam, and Renfrow silty clay loam, all Class III; and Kingfisher silt loam, Class IV.
