Less than a mile from the historic Main Street in the town of La Veta in southern Colorado, the 157-acre Middle Creek Ranch offers 360-degree views of the Spanish Peaks and Sangre de Cristo Mountains, irrigated meadows, approximately one mile of the tree-lined Middle Creek meandering through the length of the property, two ponds, and a short walk to all the conveniences of town. There are currently no improvements on the property giving future owners the ability to personalize the ranch however they would like. The ranch is formerly part of Rock’n Double – F Land and Cattle, LLC which managed the property as part of their cattle operation.
