Shape/Size: This is a square shaped tract, being approximately .5 of a mile wide from east to west and approximately .5 of a mile long from north to south. According to the Parmer County Appraisal District, this property contains 157.8 acres, more or less.

Location/Access: The Langley Farm is located approximately 3.5 miles east of Bovina and approximately 5 miles west of the intersection of State Hwy 214 and State Hwy 86. Access is good, being by paved State Hwy 86 which adjoins the south side of the property.
