This livestock/hunting land is located 1.5 miles north on 1st St. /CR 2390 from SH 33 in Thomas on blacktop and good rock roads. The land is currently comprised of good native grass pasture and deep timber lined canyons, providing natural livestock shelter and wildlife habitat. Improvements include a perimeter fence. Legal Description: NE/4 24-15-15, less and except an approximate 2.1 acre tract. Minerals: Do not sell. Possession: Possession is to be given upon payment in full of the purchase price and transfer of title, at closing, subject to the existing ag lease, which expires December 31, 2015. 13 Taxes: were approx. $93.00. The 2014 taxes will be prorated to the day of closing. Tower Info.: There are two communication towers situated on the property.
