Joshua's Landing is a duck hunting property located on the Black River just north of historic Georgetown, South Carolina. It is in a sweet spot for duck hunting in the plantation neighborhood. The property's deep-water dock is 4 1/2 miles upstream from the Georgetown Landing Marina and the Intra Coastal Waterway. It is a short boat ride from there out to the Atlantic Ocean. By car, downtown Georgetown is fifteen minutes away.

Joshua's Landing covers 159 acres; the majority of which is in rice fields. The headquarters area is in a beautiful wooded area and has been a meeting place for friends and hunters for decades.

Improvements include a large cook house with a huge dining area and fireplace, a large screened porch, a top of the line commercial kitchen, and a barbecue shed outside.
