Outstanding indoor arena with stalls, RV hookups and two cabins. Great location just off of SH59 in Natural Dam, Arkansas, on the banks of Lee Creek at the junction of the Mountain Fork Creek. The covered arena is approximately 160X240, metal-red iron structure with roping facilities as well as bucking chutes. Features bleachers, an office, bathrooms, kitchen facilities, storage, and an announcer/bookkeeper box. Attached to the end of the facility is a 65X100 covered pen area. There is also a 30X270 structure housing 54 stalls. On the entrance side of the facility are 40 RV hookups. These facilities are all in very good condition and well maintained. There are 2 small log cabins connected by a breezeway that could easily be renovated for extra temporary occupancy. All of this sits on 16.27 acres m/l of nearly level terrain immediately adjacent to SH59. This is just under 20 miles north of Ft. Smith-Van Buren, the 2nd largest city in Arkansas, or 30 miles south of Fayetteville, home of the Razorbacks! Main national travel routes are I-40 15 miles south or I-49 15 miles east.
