A certain tract of land out of 134-004-acre tract vesting Kristina Zane Wilson. Said tract is a non-surveyed tract irregular in shape and lies in the southwest corner of the 134.004 acres.

This tract is approximately 21.45 acres save and except a part of a 6.154 tract previously deeded to West Texas Utilities. Exact acres will be determined by the Buyer under this contract.

It is estimated that the newly surveyed acreage will be 16 acres more or less of cropland.
