Farm #2 (160 Acres): This small grain/livestock farm is located from SH 45 & 58 Junction, 1 mile east on SH 45, then 1/2 mile south to the northwest corner of the property. According to the Alfalfa Co. F.S.A., there are 98.36 acres of cropland with a 98.4 acre wheat base and a PLC yield of 31 bushel per acre. Principle soil type of the cropland is Grant-Nash complex, Class IV; with lesser amounts of Grant silt loam, Class III and Quinlan-Woodward complex, Class VII. The balance of the land is in native grass pasture and a spring fed pond, along the south side of the property.
