TRACT 1

Tract 1 is an excellent home site location and consists of 4 acres in the Northwest corner of the quarter with a 2 story, 4 bedroom, 2 bath brick house. The house is in poor condition and in need of repair. The house is being sold in AS-IS condition. TRACT 2

This 155 acre is one of the most productive farms in the area. The farm is Class 1 land with 0-1% slope. This tract has county road access on three sides and is only mile west of Hinton.
