The Ross Drainage Tract will be offered by lump sum sealed bid on Friday, May 17, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
The tract is located fourteen (14) miles southeast of Gum Springs, AR and Interstate 30 and is described as SE, Section 21, Township 9 South, Range 19 West, containing 160 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas (see attached maps). Access is woods road from gated gravel road. Terrain is flat with man-made North Boat Ditch and two (2) natural creeks. Timber consists of 61 acres of mature pine and 80 acres of mature bottomland hardwood. Remaining acres are the boat ditch and 16 acres of wetlands. Site index for loblolly pine (base age 50) averages eighty-five (85) feet on fine sandy, silt, and silty clay loam soils.
Tract offers immediate timber income, duck hunting, and fishing.
