The SL #4 Tract is located approximately thirteen (13) miles southwest of Arkadelphia and seven (7) miles northwest of Intersate 30 (Okolona exit), and is described as SW of NE, E of NW, NE of SW, Section 8, Township 8 South, Range 21 West, containing a total of 160 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas.

Merchantable timber consists of 29 acres of bottomland hardwood / pine and 49 acres of unthinned 1997 loblolly pine plantation. Premerchantable timber consists of 37 acres of 2021 loblolly pine plantation and 31 acres of 2024 loblolly pine plantation. Balance of acreage in SMZ (streamside management zone), which includes Moores Creek and the South Boat Ditch. Access is woods road from Boswell Road. Site index for loblolly pine averages eighty-five (85) feet (base age 50) on fine sandy and silt loam soils. Terrain is flat.
