This farm consists of approximately 160 acres. The farm is in cultivation but is being grazed off currently. There is a nice size pond in the middle of the property. There is perimeter fencing around the property. Blacktop roads are within mile of the property on 2 sides. The soil types are Kirkland-Pawhuska Complex, Lovedale Fine Sandy Loam, Tabler Silt Loam all Class 2.
