Property Description: This auction will consist of 3 tracts of highly productive Greeley County, Kansas farm land. The soils types are predominantly Class II and III with very minimal slope. Closing shall be with Greeley County Abstract, 30 days from auction date. Taxes shall be prorated to the date of closing. Title and closing costs shall be split 50/50 between the Seller and Buyer(s). All personal property (if applicable) and Real Estate shall be selling as is, where is, and without any warranties or guarantees. All Real Estate is selling subject to easements. Real Estate is not subject to any inspections. Buyer will re-imburse tenant for expenses on open acres in the case that the tenant is removed.
