Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Highway 270 Pipeline Tract described as W of W, Section 26, Township 4 South, Range 16 West, containing 160 acres more or less, Hot Spring County, Arkansas (see attached maps).

The tract is located about five (5) miles east of Malvern and four (4) miles west of Poyen. Access is over one-quarter-mile frontage on Highway 270 and over one-quarter-mile frontage on gravel Rhinehart Road. Timber consists of 17 acres of 1984 pine plantation, 40 acres of 2007 pine plantation, and 58 acres of 2009 pine plantation. Residual acreage in powerline right-of-way, native timber, and marsh area. Loblolly pine site index averages eighty-seven (87) feet (base age 50 years) on soils including fine sandy and silt loams. Excellent hunting (deer, turkey, ducks).

Kingwood Forestry conducted an inventory of merchantable timber in March, 2018 on 17 acres of 1984 pine plantation. Timber volume estimates included in this Notice.
