This tract consists of approximately 160 acres more or less. According to the county F.S.A. office there is 124.6 DCP acres with a 123.8 acre wheat base and a 31 bushel yield. The balance is in timber and native grassland. Access to the property is by good county road. Principal soil types are: Lovedale Fine Sandy Loam, class II & III, with some Dougherty-Eufaula complex, class III & VI.
