AUCTION LOCATION: From Billings, OK. go 6 miles east to CR80(N3180 Rd), then 2 mile north on E 0310 Rd, or From the intersection of I-35 & Hwy 15 go mile east to CR*0, then 2 miles north or from Hwy 15 & Hwy 77 go west 2 miles west, then 2 miles north. Watch for signs! In the event of heavy rain or snow, auction will take place at the Phillips 66 convenience store at I-35 & Hwy 15 exit.

This Noble County farm consists of approximately 160 acres of land. According to the Noble County Farm Service Agency there is 108.8 acres of DCP cropland with 105.3 acre wheat base and a 34 bushel per acre yield. The balance is in timber/pasture. Principal soil types are Bethany Silt Loam, class II; Renfrow Silt Loam, class II; Westsum Silty Clay, class II; Port Silt Loam, class II; Kirkland Silt Loam, class III with some Port Class V.
