DESCRIPTION: 162.6 acres all in cultivated acres with an approximate wheat base of 148 acres with a 32 bu. yield. There is an approximate 14 acre grain sorghum base with a 36 bu. yield. Soils are Class II and are Nalim loam and Milan loam. There is 90 acres of wheat planted and the balance of the cultivation is open ground. This property is farmed in conjunction with another unit. FSA will reconstitute all bases.

POSSESSION: Buyer will receive possession of open ground at closing. Buyer will receive possession of wheat ground after harvest. Buyer will not receive any of growing wheat.
