Location: From the north edge of York, NE, go east of Highway 34, 4 miles or 2 miles north of Green Plains Ethanol plant.

Legal Description: the Northeast Quarter of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 2 West of the 6th P.M., York County, Nebraska, containing 160.07 acres, more or less.

Soils: 74% of the farm is Hastings Silt Loam with a slope of 0-1%, all Class I soils. The remainder is Class II and Class III.
