Located in the excellent farming area of Easter Parmer County this irrigated farm is mostly contiguous and all in close proximity. The property includes six irrigated quarters, a very nice home and adjacent barn located on an adjacent half-section and a half-section of CRP/Gass. The Home Section has two pivots and 4 irrigation wells which are tied together along with another pivot on a quarter to the east of the house. A half-section with two pivots and two wells lies across the intersection from the home section to the southeast and a quarter with a pivot is southeast of the home section just a half mile. These six quarters are 99% plus prime farmland with soils mostly Olton clay, loam with 0-1% slope. The half section of CRP and dryland 2.25 miles north of home section is 93% Olton clay, loam soils and would make a good irrigated farm.

All the wells on the farm are powered by electricity. Three of the wells have vertical hollow-shaft electric motors powering turbine pumps and six are electric submersible pumps. The center pivot sprinkler systems are quarter-mile pivots with 60 spacing (one with wide spacing and wobblers) and mostly small tires.

The 3,501 square feet home on the home section is a very nice home with beautiful mature landscaping. There are three bedrooms and three baths, an open kitchen, living and dining area, an office, a two car garage and a nice finished out basement. This is a very nice country home that would be very comfortable to live in. The home is in the Lazbuddie school district.
