Dalhart, TX 79022 - Dallam County

This nice irrigated farm in Dallam County is located in the center of a diverse area of agricultural production. Many improvements include two half mile Zimmatic center pivots covering a total of 1,000 +/- irrigated acres. Both pivots are nozzled for 1,300 gallons per minute, in which one is operated at a time. Wells include four natural gas turbines and six electric submersible pumps powered by three gen-sets. The generator setups are run by natural gas engines as a way to increase efficiency and were installed with additional development in mind. As the majority of the wells are being pumped up hill, a booster pump at each pivot would help to reduce friction loss and relieve head pressure in order to increase gallons per minute at the pivot.

The perimeter of the property is fully fenced with an additional estimated one mile of internal cross fencing. The 650 +/- native grass acres are currently being utilized for grazing as three stock tanks across the native grass provide water.
