Campbell Brake is a large timberland property located amongst the productive Farmland of Lincoln County, Arkansas and the bends of Bayou Bartholomew. The property consists of a vast acreage of oak timber, with interspersed large food plots and hunting areas, with several brakes and sloughs to attract waterfowl. Campbell Brake is a large cypress-tupelo brake that stretches through the entire property and offers great potential for duck hunting development. The owner has started improvements for duck habitat with a re-lift pump, water control gates, and establishment of some duck plots. Deer hunting opportunities abound as well with some really nice deer harvested over the past few years.

Campbell Brake consists of approximately +/-1,657 acres that have a blend of upland hardwood timber, flooded cypress-tupelo brakes, productive cropland, managed wildlife food plots, areas enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program, etc. The diversity of vegetation and management has created a property with a diverse habitat for white tailed deer, ducks, squirrels, wild hogs, dove and other wildlife species. The surrounding properties consist of productive cropland to the north and east, active catfish farm to the south and timberland to the southwest. The large acreage of woodland on the property offers a haven for wildlife. The current owners have made several key improvements to the property for waterfowl, including installing a water control structure in a narrow place in the Brake to hold water and installing a 12 permanent re-lift pump in Bayou Bartholomew to be used for farming and waterfowl habitat. The owner has developed a schedule of possible improvements that would further enhance the property for hunting including: installation of a reservoir levee, levees around areas of the hardwood timber for green tree flooding, duck hole developments, road improvement, a possible airstrip at the fields and more.
