The Antoine River tract (Listing #4121) is located approximately six (6) miles NE of Delight and twenty-five (25) miles NW of Arkadelphia. Access is by gated woods road from the southwest. The tract has almost one mile of frontage on the Antoine River.

Timber includes eighty-six (86) acres of loblolly pine plantation established in 2008. Site preparation included aerial herbicide spray and ripping. The residual acreage contains native pine and hardwood timber along a river buffer, SMZ, and hillsides.
