The ranch has a good road system running throughout the rolling terrain with a variety of native, mixed brush species, cenizo, live oaks, and other hardwoods.

Located at the headquarters is a 3-bedroom 2-bath modular home, along with a water well and large pila storage tank. Electric lines are in place to the headquarters and other parts of the ranch.

WILDLIFE

This region of the state is known for its excellent wildlife and whitetail habitat. Hunting areas are situated throughout the ranch. There are also frequent sightings of turkey, hogs, quail, and dove.

WATER

Currently, two water wells service the headquarters and guests area and provide water to areas of the ranch to watering troughs. Arenosa Creek holds pockets of water in normal rainfall years.
