Pine Hill, AL 36963 - Marengo County

This tract of timberland has approximately 170 acres and is located in the eastern part of Marengo Co. a few miles northeast of Vineland. There is a good stand of merchantable pine plantation approximately 15 years old that has had a light first thinning. The topography is flat to gently rolling and the black belt soils have high site index for growing pine timber and also produce excellent antler growth for whitetail deer.
