Access is via County Road 573 aka Deer Lake Road which is paved. Then an easement road for a few hundred yards into the property. This is likely recreation property but could be year round with some improvement to the existing woods road as the owner has driven a truck on this trail in previous years. There is another 200 acres contiguous with access on a different road system if you need more acreage.
