This timberland property is located in north Perry County north of Highway 183 and on both sides of Highway 219 as noted in the location-plat map. It is being offered as a whole (+/-170 acres for $194,800)) or in three individual tracts. The +/-18-acre tract east of Highway 219 is timbered in loblolly pine and offers very good current and future timber value. It is being offered for $30,600. The +/-61 acres on the west side of Highway 219 has been cut over and is now growing in regenerating timber. Note that it consists of +/-41 acres with highway frontage plus the triangular +/-20 acres to the north. Beaverdam Creek flows through this tract which is being offered for $73,200. The northwest +/-91 acres is steep on the west side and low in the creek area on the east side. It consists primarily of premerchantable loblolly pine and is being offered for $91,000.
