The rolling hills on the ranch are covered in numerous varieties of hardwoods including Liveoaks, Post Oaks, Blackjack Oaks, Elms with areas of Mesquites and a few Cedar trees. The ranch also has great soils including Luckenbach clay loam, and Callahan loam.
