Awesome hunting and cattle ranch, located in Wilbarger County, Texas at the confluence of the Red and Pease Rivers! The ranch has approximately one mile of frontage on the Pease River and over three miles of frontage on the Red River. Very little hunting pressure; the neighboring 2300 acres is in the MLD program.

The soils are sandy, perfect for grain crops like wheat, or alfalfa hay.
