Farmland, timberland, and estuarine tidal marsh stretch from Nandua Creek to the South, Butcher Creek to the West and Pungoteague Creek to the North. The tract consists of 4 tax parcels and are all contiguous. Several in holdings along road frontages exist but the property boundaries of the land is largely created by natural barriers such as tidal waters, marshland, and wooded ditch lines.
