Located three miles north of Tarboro, this farm has 37 acres of cropland, 135 acres of loblolly pine plantation, a 2-acre pond and 3,600 feet of frontage along Fishing Creek Road. The cropland is leased for approximately $3,000/year ($80/ac/yr). The pine plantation was established in 2008 and will produce its first revenue in 2022. County water is located along the road frontage. Home sites could be developed along the road frontage (pending perking). Existing single family homes are located on the opposite side of Fishing Creek Road.

The farm is four miles to Tarboro and one hour and 15 minutes to Raleigh. The trailer located in the eastern part of the land is not included in the sale.
