Location: The Smith Farm is located in the northwest-quadrant of Lamb County, being approximately 5 miles northwest of Sudan, Texas. Access is good, being by graded County Road 158 which borders the south side of the farm.

Legal Description: All of Labor 7, League 222, Collingsworth County School Land, Abstract 1300, Lamb County, Texas, containing 179.7 acres, more or less.

Government Program: This property has 94 acres enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program. The CRP is paying an annual payment of $3,290, or $40 per acre, expiring in September of 2020. The remainder of the farm is currently enrolled in the Direct and Countercyclical Payment program (DCP). The annual Direct Payment is $1,630.
