Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. has been authorized to manage the sale of the Hollywood Tract (Listing #4846) described as S of SW, Section 34; S of SE, Section 33; all located in Township 7 South; Part of frl. NW of NW, Section 3, Township 8 South; all located in Range 21 West, containing in aggregate 182.68 acres, more or less, Clark County, Arkansas (see maps).

The tract is located two (2) miles south of Hollywood with frontage on Highway 53 plus internal gated woods road. Terrain is gently rolling to flat with Hollywood Creek, and smaller creeks, on the tract. Timber consists of 160 acres of merchantable native pine / hardwood, and 18 acres of native timber within Streamside Management Zones. Balance of acreage is in a small pond, an open camp area, and highway right-of-way. Tract offers immediate timber income potential on rolling terrain, possible homesite or hunting cabin, and excellent deer hunting.

Based on inventory of merchantable timber on 176.68 acres conducted by Kingwood Forestry in November, 2020, estimated tree counts and timber volumes are as follows:

Pine Sawtimber: 6,761 Tons

Pine CNS: 305 Tons

Pine Pulpwood: 1,868 Tons

Pine Topwood: 1,390 Tons

Gum & Misc. Sawtimber: 144 Tons

Hardwood Pulpwood: 695 Tons
